Ralph Luck

Ralph is a Director of GVA having been the Director of Real Estate at King’s College London since 2013. For 7 years before that he was the Property Director at the UK’s Olympic Delivery Authority.

From 1995-2006 he held several positions at English Partnerships, the UK’s national regeneration agency, including being Regional Director for London and South East England and Development Director for the 300 acre Greenwich Peninsula, including the Millennium Dome. He was also Chairman of the British Urban Regeneration Association from 2004-7, Development Director at Chatham Maritime, Senior Development Surveyor with Taylor Woodrow and a Chief Officer at the London Boroughs of Bexley, Harrow and Wandsworth. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Management Institute, and was awarded the OBE for services to regeneration in the 2004.
