Rebecca is an experienced architect and associate at Barr Gazetas, with a varied career spanning major new builds as well as complex remodelling and heritage projects across a range of sectors. She is a vocal advocate for and champion of social value and practice culture and leads the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) forum and activities at Barr Gazetas, while mentoring others to promote inclusive and equitable design across the architectural profession and leading on the development of inclusive design standards and awareness within the practice. Rebecca is an active member of the Access Association and Building Equality, and is currently working towards her qualification as an NRAC accredited inclusive design consultant.
