The Collective
Reza's journey started whilst studying at the London School of Economics. Frustrated by the lack of high-quality yet affordable accommodation for young people in London, he decided to tackle this problem by creating his own lettings agency called Share in the City.
Over time, this has evolved into The Collective, one of the most innovative and dynamic property companies in London. In May 2016, The Collective launched the world's largest co-living building, The Collective Old Oak. Reza partnered with Carl-Turner Architect to deliver Pop Brixton, the community-led initiative launched in May 2015. The same team will be delivering Peckham Levels in the iconic Peckham carpark in October 2016, a new creative community for local people, artists and entrepreneurs.
