Rhea is an Associate Partner at HTA, leading large multidisciplinary teams across a range of housing typologies, from retrofit and refurbishment to Build-to-Rent and co-living developments. Her work spans urban neighbourhoods to high-rise schemes, with a consistent focus on creating inclusive, well-designed homes that support diverse, multigenerational communities.
