Rhiannon is an Associate in the Operational Real Estate team at Gerald Eve. She is experienced in the education sector principally advising on independent schools, SEN schools and children’s day nurseries. Her interests include valuing schools and nurseries as trading entities and provides loan security work for the major lenders. Rhiannon also provides agency advice to a variety of clients. She regularly attends education events and conferences. She also helps to lead Gerald Eve’s ethics training and regularly supports junior colleagues with preparation for the professional exams.
