The identification and acquisition of sites for large, mixed-use developments and advising on all aspects of these schemes with regard to the design and added value process from inception through to delivery is Richard’s main area of expertise. The development consultancy team that Richard leads at GL Hearn is responsible for all financial viability advice.  The team’s area of specialism with financial models in the planning process is highly valued by clients as this in turn enables development deliverability.
