Richard has responsibility for Oxford Properties’ UK Portfolio and Operations, and is a member of Oxford’s Global Investment Committee. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Property Investment, Development and Construction Industry. Richard was previously the Head of Development in Europe for MGPA and prior to MGPA, Laing O’Rourke and Lend Lease.
