Richard is the founder and Managing Director of Evoke. He has over 25 years’ industry experience in the public and private sector, most recently (prior to Evoke) as the UK and Ireland Sector Director for the Development and Infrastructure team at SYSTRA Ltd.  Richard’s experience includes successfully representing clients at Public Inquiries as an Expert Witness and appearing at Local Plan EiPs.  He is recognised within the industry, achieving the grade of Fellow with the Institution of Highways and Transportation.
