Richard is Head of Bidwells’ Oxford and leads a team of 60 property consultants focussed on the Science & Technology and Education sectors as well as helping clients take advantage of opportunities in strategic land and rural / investment portfolios.

 

Specialising in the Education sector, Richard has worked extensively with University of Oxford on award-winning projects from the delivery of the Andrew Wiles Building and demolition of Tinbergen to the Stirling Prize shortlisted Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre for Worcester College.
