Alongside its ambitious home building and regeneration programmes, Rickardo is responsible for leading Hackney Council’s response to the climate emergency and the delivery of a wide portfolio of front line services for its residents, businesses and visitors. He also oversees the Council’s housing service, including management of 32,000 Council-owned homes.
