Rob founded Ramidus Consulting in 2003 as a specialist built environment research and advisory business.  Rob has over 25 years experience, and his particular interest is in property market research.  He works closely with investors, developers, advisors and policy makers, providing insights to socio-economic trends, property market dynamics, investment opportunities, building specification, the changing needs of occupiers and benchmarking.  Before Ramidus, Rob worked for Interior Services Group, Stanhope Properties, DTZ and DEGW.  Rob is involved in various industry initiatives and is currently a Founder Council member of the Workplace Consulting Organisation.
