Rory heads up the Savills Economics team and has in-depth experience of regeneration and development frameworks and land value uplift and capture associated with major transport investment. He led on Savills inputs to the TfL Land Value Capture study and has directed a range of projects relating to HS2, Crossrail 2, East West Rail (EWR) and the Oxford Cambridge Expressway as well as various smaller scale schemes in London.
