Rosemarie is responsible for the asset management of the directly held residential and commercial portfolios of the Church Commissioners valued at approximately £1 billion.

The residential portfolio is focused on the Hyde Park Estate and the commercial portfolio includes a number of reversionary freeholds as well as offices, shops, industrial estates and hotels across the UK. The Commissioners are a registered charity responsible for managing nearly £8 billion of assets.
