Rupert leads Buro Four’s science sector and is heading up their new Oxford office opening in order to better serve clients in the Golden Triangle. Rupert has over 20 years’ experience in the sector in the capacity of client, occupier and consultant. He has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors including science, health and higher education. He has a thorough understanding of what makes a successful innovation district and a passion for the delivery of truly effective science and highly technical facilities.
