Rupert is responsible for the delivery of the Smart Cities initiative across the Parsons Brinckerhoff Europe Business.  His role, as Smart Design lead, involves the coordination and management of technical experts across the business to facilitate the delivery of Smart buildings, Smart districts and Smart cities. 

Rupert sits on the GLA Smart London Board and is a member of GLA Smarter Districts innovation hub in addition to the EIC Smart Cities task group.  He is also actively participates with the Intelligent Mobility, Digital Technology and Future Cities Catapults.
