I started my career as an Electrical Engineer within the installation sector and joined Hoare Lea in 2016 as a Senior Engineer. I have more than 14 years experience within the construction industry and bringing my installation knowledge to design has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. During my career with Hoare Lea I have worked in a wide range of sectors and have specialist expertise in residential and mixed-use projects. I have significant experience of running multi-disciplinary design teams delivering a varied range of projects in multiple sectors.  I have acquired extensive knowledge through my experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, collaborating closely with clients, operators, and developers. This industry holds personal significance for me, as it centers on creating memorable experiences and promoting well-being. Additionally, working in environments that actively gather operator feedback allows us to continuously refine and enhance our offerings and overall experience.
