A passionate and experienced communicator, Sam leads marketing and communications for LandsecU+I, the specialist mixed-use regeneration development company that was acquired by Landsec in December 2021. He is working across the UK, creating compelling campaigns that highlight the positive impact of these projects and the wider business. Recent successes include launching Mayfield Park in Manchester and the brand creation and strategy for The Liberty of Southwark in London, which was awarded a D&AD Pencil award for ‘writing for design/storytelling.
