Sandesh joined RM_A in 2012 and became a Director in 2024. Before joining RM_A, he gained experience across education and commercial projects in London, as well as nearly two years in the USA working on performing arts projects. His varied background has shaped a broad understanding of design and delivery, which he brings to the technical leadership of complex projects.

He specialises in leading technical design and delivery teams, bringing an energetic and practical approach to problem-solving. His work is informed by a strong interest in how buildings are assembled and, in the quality, and craftsmanship of their detailed elements. Sandesh works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to coordinate complex projects and maintain the original design intent. He has led several projects with Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) both new build and retrofit steering them successfully through the Gateway 2 process.
