Sarah Hayford is a dedicated social entrepreneur, recognised for her impactful work in the real estate and built environment sector. Driven by a genuine passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she has devoted her career to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented talent. Sarah also serves on the advisory board for Hillbreak and the University of Nottingham's School of Humanities, focusing on integrating employability and future skills into the curriculum.

Motivated by her vision for a more inclusive industry, Sarah founded The Land Collective—a social mobility organisation that supports employers in reaching, engaging and hiring diverse young talent from underrepresented backgrounds through employability programmes and educational resources. The Land Collective's success has led to recognition as one of the Top 100 Social Enterprises in the UK in 2023, as well as a Social Impact award by EG.
