Sarah steers strategic planning at Waltham Forest – from policy and infrastructure planning, to design, conservation and masterplanning. Her career began in private architectural and urban design practice, before she joined the public sector and took leading roles in many major regeneration projects, including Earl’s Court and the Old Kent Road.
