Saul is passionate about good architecture and how this can positively affect the communities and environment around it. 

A chartered Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University, Saul started his career on heavy engineering projects in the UK, Asia and Australia.  Twenty years ago, he moved from engineering in the steel & oil industry overseas, to the more human focused, built environment.

Saul works across various commercial sectors with a focus on workplace. He is passionate about the importance of workplaces, how they can inspire their occupants and the contribution they can make to the important ESG agenda particularly at this time of change.

As sector head, Saul leads the direction of Hoare Lea’s workplace offer and he also sits on the BCO’s Technical Affairs Committee.
