Engineer Sebastian Wood is co-founder and managing director of 90-strong structural engineering practice Whitby Wood. He believes leaders in our industry bear a heavy responsibility for ensuring that the future is environmentally, socially and financially equitable, and he applies this through a forward-thinking approach to business and engineering, a passion for helping the industry achieve real sustainability, and involvement in international development work. His international experience includes major projects in London and the UK, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
