Sharon has a wealth of expertise developing and delivering large and complex regeneration projects, with over 10 years’ experience as a Head of Service in north and east London. 

Sharon recently led production of the borough’s 15 year Regeneration Strategy for Redbridge, and is currently leading the regeneration of Ilford town centre.   Sharon has successfully delivered a number of Mayoral initiatives, including those aimed at stimulating investment and diversification of high streets, and promoting enterprise with a focus on expanding the creative sector.
