Simon is an airport planning and surface access professional, with 20 years experience developing and delivering planning and transport strategy in the public, private and corporate sector.

Simon joined the aviation sector in 2000, and working at London Luton Airport led its master planning, surface access and corporate social responsibility team, helping to secure national policy support for a significant capacity increase at the airport and led the consultation on the draft airport master plan and preparation of a major planning application.
