Simon Elmer joined The Bedford Estates in March 2016. 

In his role as Steward of The Bedford Estates, Simon is responsible for running all aspects of The Bedford Estates’ historic Central London Estate and directing investment, leasing and development programmes across the Estate’s office, retail, residential and educational portfolios. Simon joined from Grosvenor where he held the position of Director for 7 years.
