Simon has over 20 years’ extensive knowledge of project delivery from initial planning and design stages right through to construction and handover. 

He has a consistent track record of leading and delivering complex and high-quality projects. At the moment he is overseeing the phase two development of Chelsea Waterfront including the renovation of Lots Road Power Station, following the successful completion of phase one.

Simon is responsible for the technical appraisal, staff mentoring and quality control across the office.  He leads Farrells Technical Group to engage actively with the industry peers, regulatory bodies and press, advise on building safety, research on sustainable materials and promote innovative building technologies.
