Simon joined Savills in 1986 and has developed the Investment team into a leading force in global cross border investment. His clients include leading companies, investors and occupiers including Bloomberg, Bridgepoint, Lloyds Bank, RBS and Clinton Cards. Over the last 12 months Simon has overseen a number of significant transactions including the Meadowhall Shopping Centre in which he led the team who sold at 50% interest one of the world’s largest shopping malls to Norges Investment Bank. Simon also ran the team who acquired Moore House on behalf of London & Stamford for £150m. Simon is a member of the Charities Fund Property Board.
