Simon has worked in the hotel development sector of construction for over 30 years, delivering in excess of 200 individual hotels plus extensions and refurbishments. 

He now is Head of Construction for Whitbread for Central London and the Southern UK including the Channel Islands delivering both freehold and leasehold developments adding over 10,000 rooms to the estate in the last 9 years. 

Currently leading his team of Project and Programme Managers to deliver freehold hotels in The Strand, Fenchurch Street, Holborn and Canary Wharf with an estimated construction value of c£300m alone.
