Sophia has been Sustainability Lead at Howells since 2019 alongside her role as an Associate leading on various mixed-use developments including Graven Hill, the largest UK masterplan of self-built and custom-built units.  Sophia has spearheaded the development of Howells’ roadmap for the delivery of low carbon design projects with the creation of an internal toolkit and staff training to help the delivery of climate-resilient schemes respectful of the natural environment and human healthy living. She also co-designed her own house to Passivhaus standards.
