Stephanie Edwards is an architect, urban designer, and Co-Founder of Urban Symbiotics, a London-based insight and research-led practice specialising in architecture, urban design, regeneration, and masterplanning.
 
With over 15 years’ experience, Stephanie leads community engagement and co-design processes at the intersection of people, data, and design. She specialises in translating lived experience and demographically representative insights into robust evidence that shapes inclusive, equitable, and sustainable regeneration outcomes.
She has delivered major community-led programmes across London, including Be First in Barking and Dagenham, Camden Town, Holborn, Purley, Dagenham Heathway, the Gascoigne Estate, and the Black Cultural Archives. She has also contributed to the UN-Habitat Global Future Cities Programme.
 
Stephanie serves as Independent Design Adviser to the Grenfell Memorial Commission, Member of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) Design Review Panel, Design Review Member for Oxford Street Corporation, Member of the UK Built Environment Advisory Group (UKBEAG), and as a member of the Government’s Community Sector Forum.
