Steve is a Design Director at AKT II and he is currently involved in a variety of projects and sectors. 

Steve’s commercial experience is broad in nature, ranging from large speculative new-build offices, to smaller SME focussed re-invention developments. Steve worked with Argent on the commercial zone at Kings Cross, where AKT II engineered all six Pancras Square Buildings that are either completed or under construction.  Beyond the Kings Cross estate, Steve’s portfolio includes Derwent London’s Charlotte Street building and the recently completed Turnmill.
