Steven joined the City of London in 2006, he is leading the City of London’s Gigabit City Programme which includes the roll out of the fastest public Wi-Fi network in Europe, 400 4G small cells to be delivered across the City by March 2019, and developing one of the UK’s first 5G trials at Guildhall with Kings College London.

Steven works alongside property developers, utilities and communications operators to ensure that the network infrastructure supporting the built environment in the Square Mile is world class.  He has facilitated the delivery of utilities and telecoms services to over 10 million sq ft of new office floor space in the Square Mile, (including high profile developments such as Bloomberg, London Wall Place and many of the new developments within the Eastern City Cluster).
