Steven has provided cost management advice to clients in a variety of sectors for over 24 years and now leads G&T’s retail sector group. For the past 13 years he has focussed on Central London commercial developments or acquisitions, masterplanning for mixed-use schemes and retail projects providing advice to developers, occupiers and investors. Steve has worked on a variety of schemes from major city centre regeneration projects to town centre and retail park asset enhancement or alterations.
