Stuart Everton is the Black Country Director of Transport overseeing all strategic transport issues across the 4 Local Authorities, The Black Country LEP whilst working alongside Transport for West Midlands. As a chartered Civil Engineer he has previously worked for private consultancies, Highways England and Birmingham City Council. Some of the current projects across the Black Country include Wednesbury to Brierley Hill Metro Extension, M6 J10 and West Midlands Bikeshare scheme.
