Tarun is an RTPI-chartered town planner with a broad range of experience working on residential, commercial and sports proposals in sensitive heritage locations. 

His recent experience includes securing permission for 564 homes, commercial and community use across four blocks rising to 33 storeys in the setting of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site at Enderby Place in RB Greenwich; a 14-storey development for 74 homes adjacent to a Scheduled Ancient Monument at Abbey House in LB Newham and the conversion and extension of Haymarket House for a 507-bedroom hotel in the Haymarket Conservation Area in the City of Westminster. 

Tarun is currently working on a proposal for a 35-storey tower building delivering 143 homes and commercial use at Heliport House in LB Wandsworth; a large scale mixed-use masterplan in LB Tower Hamlets and the delivery of a football youth academy masterplan for Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

He is also a dissertation supervisor and guest lecturer on planning at the University of Westminster, and is a regular volunteer with FoodCycle - a charity that uses surplus food to serve community meals.
