Tim is MD of Colville Estate, a property investment company that owns a number of buildings in Chancery Lane that have been in the ownership of the Bacon family for some 450 years. He started the Chancery Lane Association (“CLA”) in 1994.  The CLA is a representative body that has some 30 members ranging from small office occupiers through to large institutional landlords and acts as an important voice for the area. Recently the CLA has launched “The Lantern”, a local magazine which is designed to raise the profile of the street.
