Tim is Product Director for Willmott Dixon. A key focus of his role is to identify and promote innovation that constructively challenge existing approaches and improves the quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of product.

One example is Sunesis – an innovative approach to school design and procurement, which has delivered over 10,500 new pupil places to date. A Fellow of the CIOB and a Chartered Environmentalist, Tim studied at both the University of Greenwich and the University of Reading.
