Tim Halley
Tim is Director of Infrastructure and Planning at London City Airport, and has past experience delivering consents for large-scale residential, renewable energy and transport infrastructure across the England, Ireland and Scotland.
 
He joined City Airport in 2013 and is currently responsible for overseeing the airport’s strategic and sustainable development, including surface access. The airport has recently been progressing the early stages of the £500m City Airport Development Programme, and has longer term aspirations to serve 11 million passengers annually, while also opening up new destinations, creating more jobs for local people, opportunities for local businesses, reducing carbon emissions and complimenting the existing and future development of the Royal Docks and London.
