Tim heads up the Transportation Planning Team at Brent Council which is responsible for developing and monitoring the borough’s transport plans and strategies and delivering and promoting a wide range of transport initiatives in one of London’s most diverse and rapidly changing boroughs. With over 20 years of experience gained in a variety of local government and consultancy roles, he has extensive knowledge of many different areas of land use and transport planning and has a particular passion for sustainable transport.
