As a Strategy Director and Gensler’s Global Financial Services Practice Area Leader, Tina’s main focuslies in the development, implementation, and management of workplace transformation programmes and the creation of user-centric workplace solutions. By integrating strategy, engagement and design, Tina has been supporting a wide range of clients with the identification of their business and workplace needs and most recently the exploration of the post-Covid workplace and hybrid ways of working. She has a keen interest in future casting and creating bespoke solutions that reflect her clients ambitions and personality while supporting future talent needs in terms of workstyles, productivity, and wellbeing. As one of the global leaders of Gensler’s Work Practice Area, Tina has a keen interest in the evolution of workplaces and leads some of Gensler’s key client relationships in Europe.
