Tina is an international real estate executive, and brings to the table a wealth of real estate experience including most recently the completion of a 420 000 sqft office development in the City of London (www.fencourtlondon.com) for Generali Real Estate – GRE (26B Euros AUM), where over the past 9 years, she has held the positions of Global Head of Asset Management, Head of UK and North America and Global Head of Projects and Technology.

Across these roles, Tina has overseen major projects for the Group, including office and retail developments in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Spain. Tina sits on GRE’s Investment Committee and has also sourced deals for the group’s UK and North American pipeline.

Prior to joining Generali, Tina was Vice President for International Real Estate & Development for the retailer, Casino Group, where she was in charge of developing supermarkets, hypermarkets and shopping centres in South America and in the CEE.

Prior to that, Tina was also Development Director for Gazeley, the logistics investor/developer for their French and Belgian businesses.

Tina is currently Chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Europe Board, where she will focus her tenure on preparing the profession for the Prop-Tech revolution.
She is also a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) and of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects of the City of London.

Tina holds a master’s degree from ESSEC School of Management, Paris, France; graduated Architecte DPLG from the Ecole d’Architecture de Versailles; and holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois, USA.
