Toby runs the Transformation Team reporting to the EMEA CEO, John Forrester. His chief objective is to be the focal point on opportunities and issues of changing service delivery platforms and processes across all skills and geographies within EMEA.

Toby is responsible for identification of areas of disintermediation, new business models and assessment of strategic opportunities. Toby’s background is providing strategic and transactional advice to occupiers operating in the London market. Toby has advised on some of London’s flagship Occupier transactions including 280,000 sq ft for Societe Generale, 250,000 sq ft for Facebook and 500,000 sq ft for Apple. He has also won London Deal of the Year for two years running in the Property Week awards.
