Tom has a strong track record in delivering new cultural venues for London having worked on One Tower Bridge, now home to the Bridge Theatre and having overseen the delivery of the purpose built Brixton House Theatre whilst working as Director of Regeneration for London Borough of Lambeth. At Earls Court, Tom leads the Cultural and Placemaking strategies for the 40-acre masterplan to ensure it is brought to life with music, arts, and entertainment, creating a new cultural destination for London. In order to ensure this vision is achieved, he ensures that the meanwhile use programme is tailored to experiment with new and exciting cultural uses such as the BBC Earth Experience and Come Alive, the Greatest Showman experience. Tom sits on the Hammersmith & Fulham Cultural Compact, the committee formed to oversee delivery of the H&F Cultural Strategy and chairs the new Hammersmith & Fulham Destination Management Partnership as well as this, he is a member of the judging panel for the Earls Court International Film Festival.
