Having worked in housing for nearly 20 years, Tom has a wide range of experience, spanning housing associations, government bodies and private contractors. Since 2022, he’s been Development Programme Director at Peabody, where he’s helped deliver more than 9,000 affordable homes, as well as being responsible for procedural compliance, partnerships and development strategy.
