Tom Stoneham
Tom is a Senior Development Manager at HUB, responsible for leading our most complex projects through their life cycle from design and planning to funding and delivery.

As a fully qualified architect, Tom believes in the importance of design to deliver truly successful projects that work for city, community and investor. Tom’s track record at HUB includes the mixed-tenure regeneration project in central Croydon, Queen’s Quarter, which involved a community co-design process for the reprovision of the town’s most central park, Queen’s Gardens.

Current projects include Yardhouse in Hammersmith and Fulham where a site owned by specialist housing provider Women’s Pioneer Housing is being repurposed to provide their new office and 60 new affordable homes alongside a 209 home co-living tower and shared public realm.  In addition, Tom is leading our Cornerstone project, which sees the pioneering repurposing of an office building on Beech St in the heart of the City of London, which sits alongside the Barbican, to deliver co-living accommodation and shared amenity.
