Tom leads the Commercial Development Business of High Speed 2.

The team is accountable for the delivery of cutting edge commercial, retail, leisure and residential spaces and for making the most of the real estate opportunities that the railway presents. Tom leads the delivery of High Speed 2’s 3.4 million square metre development pipeline and 8 stations.  Collaborating with government and private sector partners, the team stewards public assets for the benefit of communities and the public purse. 

Prior to joining HS2 Tom led a team of development managers at Land Securities, delivering schemes across the City, West End and strategic developments in the South East.
