Tomáš Jurdák is a Partner and Head of Real Estate at MiddleCap, a privately owned investment and real estate company with offices in Bratislava, Prague, Berlin, London, Monaco and Dubai. The group has a growing portfolio of Grade A office and residential investments and developments across Europe. MiddleCap entered the UK market in 2018 and is underway with two prime office sites totalling over 300,000 sq ft GIA and with a combined value of more than €300m, with additional projects in the pipeline in Europe.
