Vicky joined L&Q in February 2018 after 10 years at Network Homes with four years as the Exec Development Director, and over 25 years in a range of housing development roles. Under Vicky’s leadership Network Homes saw an unprecedented expansion in development activity and commercial acumen, at its peak delivering 2,000 homes a year and securing a record-breaking 12 high profile industry design awards.

At L&Q Vicky is responsible for all growth, sales and in-house construction activity in the south London boroughs, leading a team of 130 staff and is L&Q’s lead Director in the BME London Project. Vicky is also Vice Chair of the London G15 Development Directors Group.
