Victoria is a planning director with Stantec, and her work on schemes such as Barking Riverside, Hounslow West and Hammersmith Town Hall demonstrate the importance of collaboration in development to secure outcomes that transform and enhance people's lives.  She brokers collaborative approaches to development between the public and private sector and as a town planner, enriches development proposals and outcomes. Victoria has worked on Barking Riverside from original outline permission in 2007 and recently helped secure the allocation in the 2024 Local Plan for an uplift in homes from 10,800 to 20,000. In this role she liaised with all stakeholders, including the GLA, Port of London Authority and the Environment Agency. She is currently leading Stantec’s role in a consortium with Ernst & Young, Young Foundation and SimAnalytica on behalf of Thames Freeport to develop a strategic masterplan for the spatial and economic strategy for the Freeport area over the next 20 years. Victoria sits on the Development Committee for the British Property Federation and is an Elected Member of the RTPI.
