Victoria has over 10 years of industry experience and has led multiple large scale housing projects from design through to completion across many different boroughs and councils at the practice. She leads in-house technical training and provides regular peer reviews focused on technical design. 

She is also experienced across a wide range of projects from masterplanning down to small private developments, and is involved in compliance monitoring roles for the practice too. She has a passion for sustainable design with experienced in Passivhaus projects.
